I can't remember if I already noticed the work by Alberto Morrocco (1917-1998) when I was a student in residence at Peacock Printmakers in his hometown Aberdeen in the 1980s.
But now, everytime I come across one of his paintings on the internet, I'm smitten.
Such warmth, such colours, such lovely everyday subjects.
THe next time I'm in Scotland I will look out for it.
