Maybe you all go: 'o yeah, him', but I only just now discovered the French painter and lithographer Maurice Brianchon (1899-1979).
His work reminds me of one of my favourite artists, Vuillard. Especially in the way that foreground and background have the same weight.
Beautiful work, a real find!
