On sunday I saw (half of) a documentary about the Scottish landscape painter James Morisson (1932-2020). Morisson painted impressive landscapes with great cloudscapes.
Outside when he was younger, and in his studio later in life, when he was a half blind old man.
Not only do I love these paintings, they also make me rather 'homesick' for Scotland.
